The free plan has no time limit. Pro unlocks the larger models and the extra reports. All prices are in US dollars.
Try every Pro feature free for 7 days. No card and nothing to cancel: the trial starts the first time you use Solvella in Google Sheets. When it ends you're on the Free plan, unless you choose a plan below.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices for customers in Australia include GST. Customers outside Australia aren't charged Australian GST. You receive a tax invoice showing KRUT PTY LTD's ABN (77 694 878 165) by email. Prices may change for new purchases; a renewal will never be charged at a new price without notice.

Questions
- How does the free trial work?
- The first time you use Solvella in Google Sheets, every Pro feature is switched on for 7 days. There's no card to enter and nothing to cancel. The add-on shows how many days are left; when the trial ends you're on the Free plan, and everything you made stays in your sheets. There's one trial per Google account, so reinstalling the add-on doesn't start another.
- What is the founding price?
- The lifetime licence is US$39 instead of US$59 for the first 100 buyers, or until 31 December 2026 at 11:59 pm Brisbane time (AEST), whichever comes first. The count on this page is live. After that, lifetime is US$59. A founding licence is the same lifetime licence, with the same updates.
- How do I get Pro after paying?
- After checkout you see your licence key, which looks like
SV-ABCD-EFGH-JKMN-PQRS. In Google Sheets open Extensions → Solvella → Account & upgrade, paste the key and press Activate. If you paid with the same email as your Google account, just press Restore purchase there instead. Keep the key somewhere safe: Stripe's receipt and tax invoice don't include it. - Can I use it on more than one computer?
- Yes. A key belongs to one person and works on one Google account, in any spreadsheet and on any computer where you're signed in to that account.
- I'm changing Google accounts.
- Enter the key on the new account and press Move licence to this account. You can do this once every 30 days. If you need it sooner, contact support.
- How do I cancel?
- Use the link in your Stripe receipt, or email support. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. The lifetime licence and the semester pass don't renew.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If you ask within 14 days of your first purchase of a monthly, yearly or lifetime plan or a semester pass, we refund it in full. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply as well. See the refund policy.
